The Via Center manages the Dauphin Street Café. All proceeds generated from the Cafe' are invested directly into the Center, supporting programs and services such as our Fitness Center, Pickleball, the GrandFriends Adult Daycare, and Covid safety and health equipment and supplies.

About Our Chef...
Many of you remember Stephen from the weekly Healthy Cooking Demonstrations he held at the Via Center. These clinics were a Via member favorite! He combined healthy cooking techniques - fresh ingredients, spices, and unique cooking methods - to make the offerings delicious. Now, Stephen is serving as the Head Chef of the Dauphin Street Café. He prepares daily lunches with an authentic southern flair. They are large portions, offered for a great price, and served cafeteria-style.
